Love That Shot...

I am joining in on the Love Your Shot contest. The theme for this contest is faces (or a face). This is my sweet Annalee. I did her two year session yesterday and we had a blast. The image was shot with her cuddled up on her favorite blankie and then I processed it using Kubota - Lord of the rings action. For this post I added a frame from MCP.

Relevant

I am so excited to be going to The Relevant Conference. I don't know a single person. Not one! I do expect to know many before I leave though. What a blessing to be able to go learn and fellowship with these Christian women. Woohoo!

How do you like the new design? I worked on it all morning. I'm slow at this stuff. I've been planning to change it - NEVER intended to leave it like it was. I have noticed that alot of you change yours frequently - like re-decorating your house. That's nice and all, but like I said this took all morning. It may stay this way for a while. I do have a few adjustments to make though. Critique is welcome.

Treasure Tuesday!

I thought it would be fun to see everyones treasures. Not the "worth a lot of money"  kind  of treasure. the REAL treasures in your life. Besides your Kiddos and Hubby's of course. I don't have a bevvy of readers - so spread the word and let me know if you do it and tell your friends to let me know too. Here's mine.
                                                             This a one of my treasures. Yes. It is a mayo jar. We    were not rich growing up, we weren't poor either . Middle class by the standard WAAAAY  back then. My daddy made this piggy bank for me. I had "special" money that has always been in there. The different kinds of currency from the places he went overseas, while he was in the military. My Great-Grandmother always gave me a 5o cent piece for Christmas (she was poor) and it always went in the jar. It doesn't look like much, but it is a treasure to me. Any time I've moved, it moved by my own hands. I NEVER allowed movers to touch it. It has always resided in my closet - as a child and through this day.

                            What's one of your treasures? I'll share each Tues. until I run out. It'll be awhile ya'll. I'm very blessed.
