Geesh! You made me cry two days in a row! That was a great story, and a lovely candlestick. You could probably turn that story into a children's book about perseverence or something. About your dad and his pain and the lovely candlestick he made in the end. I don't know, let me hush up now.

Rebecca

What a beautiful story, and what a lovely candlestick. Life is both so hard and so sweet, isn't it?

Oh, Faith, I know how special this gift must have been to your father (the Lathe). My father in law works with wood too, and he would love one too. That was such a thoughtful gift from you! But the best gift was the beautiful candle stick he made for you. It's a gift that will be passed down from generation to generation, along with the beautiful story. You are so fortunate that you have so many treasures that evoke so many lovely memories, friend!

Lauren

Faith, wow! What can I say/ I'm so sorry for your loss and yet I'm happy you have the wonderful memories that you do of your precious daddy.

Addie

You weren't kidding when you said you had a lot of treasures! You are certainly not digging at the bottom of the barrel on this one either. That is such a beautiful story and a lovely memory

Faith, your treasure is a treasure!
